This session aims to equip students with essential soft skills required for professional client interactions. Whether in IT, consulting, sales, or service industries, interacting with clients confidently and effectively is a critical skill. Through this session, students will gain practical insights into communication etiquette, active listening, empathy, professionalism, and how to build lasting client relationships. This activity is designed to prepare them for real-world workplace situations and client-facing roles.
Volunteer Role:
- Create a deck on the basis of the document shared : Document
- Conduct session for the students with the help of the deck
- Answer their queries at the end of the session
